75ml olive oil
400g frozen spinach
2 tablespoons tomato purée
1 heaped teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
200g long grain rice, rinsed
500ml passata
2 vegetable stock cubes made up to 750ml stock
1 lemon
½ a bunch of dill (10g)
