Fredag eftermiddag på Le Comptoir

 Château Moulin Blanc is a family property created in 1937 in the commune of Néac. It is the third generation of the Vauvrecy-Boutet family to run this 4.5 hectare estate, which has been certified organic since the 2014 vintage. The wine has an intense and deep colour, an expressive bouquet of ripe grapes and fine, well-placed tannins that will guarantee a fine evolution.

GRAPE VARIETIES : 80 % Merlot. 10 % Cabernet Sauvignon. 10 % Cabernet Franc and Malbec.

W I N E M A K I N G

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in tank (15-20

days). The must is assembled every day to extractthe best of the colouring matter and tannins. Thewine is then extracted and aged for 1 year in barrels.

FOODPAIRING

As an aperitif with friends, with charcuterie, hard cheese or grilled vegetables.

T A S T I N G

12-14°, storage time between 3 and 5 years. A small refreshment before tasting allows to exalt its aromas.
